Our Story…
Valentine Leadership Group was founded by Emma Turner MSc CMgr, a leadership development practitioner with over 15 years experience leading people in demanding, operational environments. Emma has spent her career coaching and mentoring managers at every stage of leadership - from first-time supervisors to senior leaders - and understands the pressure and people challenges that come with the role.
Our practical, face-to-face programs strengthen communication, accountability and decision making - reducing people issues and driving consistent team performance.
